For those who prefer a one-on-one approach, we also offer personal training sessions. You can book your slot anytime between 11 AM and 5 PM. Our coaches tailor each session to your specific needs, helping you move better, perform stronger, and feel more confident — all within our community-driven space.

We have two locations with flexible timings:

  • Lajpat Nagar: 7 AM – 12:30 PM, 5 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Saket: 7:30 AM – 11 AM, 5 PM – 9:30 PM
